  • Beach Rules

    1. This is a private beach. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Our swimming area, which is permitted by the town, is clearly roped off by buoys.
    2. Parking in our lot is available to all residents who have paid their annual dues. Stickers should be displayed on the rear window of the vehicle and unauthorized cars will be towed at the owners expense.
    3. Obey the “No Parking”signs and no trailers in the lot.
    4. No open fires.
    5. No dogs allowed and please do not feed the wildlife.
    6. Keep the beach clean (carry in-carry out).
    7. The boat ramp is public along with the lot across from it. Long Pond is stocked by the Division of Marine Fisheries.
    8. No smoking.
    9. It is up to us to ensure that the people on the beach are part of the association - so please say hello to your neighbors so we know who belongs.
    10. A grill is available for adult association member use only with your personal utensils and must be cleaned after each use.
    11. Members must always accompany their guests. Guests are not permitted to park in the PEA lot across from the beach but can park at the nearby public boat ramp lot
    12. We do weekly testing of the water for bacteria from Memorial day to Labor Day and if any results are of concern the association will be notified by signage, email and Facebook.

  • Please keep the beach clean.

The Beach is an extension of our own backyards, so it is up to us to maintain it.
